Studio Rental Conditions

Session Lengths

Every studio rental session is subject to a minimum of 4 hours of time to be reserved and invoiced. There is no upper limit to the amount of time reserved for a session, so long as one reservation does not conflict with another.

  • 4 hour minimum booking
  • No Upper Limits
  • Daily, Weekly, Monthly rates available

Payment in Advance

Payment must be received in advance of the studio rental, following the guidelines listed below.

  • Payment must be submitted a minimum of 30 days before the reserved time.
  • Payment must be made immediately if the time you’re asking for is within 30 days.

Recording Session with Staff Engineer

In order to reserve an engineer and the studio for your session, a deposit is required. This deposit is determined by the total number of days to be reserved and is required before the agreed upon dates will be reserved. The minimum deposit is as follows:

  • $120 per weekday (Monday through Friday)
  • $240 per weekend day (Saturday/Sunday)

Should the agreed upon studio reservation be cancelled with at least 30 days notice, the deposit is 100% refundable. If less than 30 days notice is provided, we will be happy to try to reschedule the session. If we can’t reschedule the session, the deposit will not be refunded. We’re pretty flexible though, so we can almost always work something out.

Balance Owing

Any and all balance owing is due prior to receipt of any finished or “in progress” works. This includes any overages or fees due for hiring talent / rentals.
