Pay it Forward Application/Nomination Form

Two Bodies of Water Productions is currently accepting applications/nominations for community minded people who deserve recognition. We will be awarding 2 recipients each month with 5 hours (apporximately an evening's worth) of studio time.
 
Deadline for nominations is the 29th of each month.

Please review all the information to be sure it is correct before submitting. By submitting, you agree to all terms and conditions listed below.

Submission Criteria

1. Nominated individuals must be living in Canada at the time of their awarded studio time.
2. The project must not be hateful or discriminating in nature. (at the discretion of The Studio and the community panel)
3. If requested, applicants must submit lyrics/written text intended to be recorded for review.

Terms and Conditions

a. If the nominated individual(s) is accepted by the community panel of judges, they will be granted access to the production facilities for a set allotted time, and will be required to sign certain releases and waivers.
b. The Studio may take photos and video of you recording your project. The Studio will own all rights to the photos and video and may ask for your permission to use them for digital content, marketing, advertising, or other purposes.
c. The parent or legal guardian of anyone under the age of 18 will be required to sign all releases and waivers for the minor in their care.
d. Everything about this program, the submissions, the terms & conditions, etc., are subject to change without notice.
